Clinic Policies

It is our ultimate aim to ensure every client has the most memorable experience when visiting Skin by Greenleaf, so please take a moment to read the information below. We appreciate your assistance in adhering to our clinic policies and giving us the opportunity to be part of your journey to better and healthier skin.


Booking Deposits

A booking deposit of $50 is required for all appointments payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment.



We recommend that you arrive for your treatment 15 minutes ahead of time, to allow for you to complete consultation forms.

At Skin by Greenleaf we strive to create a relaxing atmosphere, therefore as a courtesy to other clients please keep noise to a minimum and turn off mobile phones when arriving for the treatment.

We will endeavour to accommodate all clients where possible, however arriving late for your appointment may, unfortunately, reduce the time of your treatment. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules do change or unplanned issues may arise. However, we request that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or alter the service of your appointment.

To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS 2 days prior to your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can reply to the SMS or call the clinic.

Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the booking fee of $50 for the treatment time reserved for you.

Our therapists want to be available for your needs and that of other clients. When a customer does not show up for a scheduled appointment or provide insufficient notice of cancellation of an appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be treated.

If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Our staff will happily reschedule your appointment to the next suitable time for you, subject to availability.

Appointments may be cancelled by calling our clinic, not via social media or DMs (direct message).

If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee or the scheduled service will be forfeited from your package.


Treatment Packages

We aim to provide the best value for money treatment packages for our clients. To maintain that value, we need to ensure our sessions are delivered as purchased. This eliminates any undue business loss or expenses and allows us to offer the great value that you have come to expect at Skin by Greenleaf.

When selecting a treatment package, please be mindful that a refund will not be given for a change of mind. Similarly, a treatment package may not be changed to an alternative treatment or transferred to another client.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or expired vouchers.


Product Exchange/Refund:

As we cannot control how products are stored away from the clinic, we do not provide refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
